This privacy notice is for the Guy pre-alpha public pages and related contact channels operated by Kognova Inc, Colorado, United States.

What this site collects

These pages do not use cookies, analytics pixels, advertising identifiers, or third-party scripts. The site does not require an account.

Cloudflare, as the host, receives standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and URL in order to serve the Worker. Kognova does not run a separate tracker on these pages.

If you email the published operator address, we receive the content of that email and use it to respond and to operate the pre-alpha program.

The SMS opt-in form on this site is not open. It does not collect phone numbers and does not start messages.

SMS and other programs

A separate Guy messaging program, if published later, will collect only what that program discloses at opt-in. Consent for SMS is not created by visiting Privacy, Terms, or Home.

We do not use SMS consent for unrelated marketing. Marketing would require a separate, optional opt-in.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to host this site (Cloudflare) and, if a messaging program is later published, the carrier/provider for that program.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Retention

Contact email is kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a minimal operational record. This site does not keep a marketing list.

Consent, suppression, and safety records, if a messaging program exists later, last longer than ordinary conversation content.

Your choices

Email the operator to request access, correction, or deletion of contact mail we hold, subject to records we must keep for safety, consent, or law.

For SMS, when a number exists: reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help. STOP is processed even if you also email us.

Children

These pages are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on this site.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the effective date. Pre-alpha pages may change without a product launch.

Data use summary
